After the guarantee period, you have the option of having your EcoSphere refilled or upgraded. You can order a larger model as part of the upgrade. See the table below for prices.
If there are no shrimp left, you can send the ecosystem to us and we will refill it. For this we ask you to contact us. You can find our contact form below. Alternatively, you can also write us an email or contact us by phone.
We will then send you a refill form and explain the further process.
Shipping within in Germany is included in the price during warm months. 10€ shipping are added during cold months.
Extra shipping costs for shipments outside of Germany will be quoted.
